Role Description This is a part time, on-site Dentist role based at Alira Smiles Dental in Berwick, VIC. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and whitening, and educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term care. The role involves collaborating with dental assistants and reception staff, maintaining accurate patient records, and adhering to clinical and infection control standards. The Dentist will contribute to a welcoming workplace, ensuring patients of all ages feel informed,



comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment.

Qualifications
Relevant dental qualifications, including a recognized dental degree and current registration with the appropriate dental board in Australia.
Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and cosmetic procedures suitable for a family practice.
Solid clinical judgment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop clear, evidence-based treatment plans.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
