Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking an Oncology Clinical Coordinator to lead the frailty screening project within the Chemotherapy Service. This 0.4 EFT, fixed-term role focuses on integrating nurse-led frailty screening tools and geriatric assessment into cancer care, coordinating referrals and education for the oncology team.

You will work with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement workflows, monitor outcomes and contribute to quality improvement, ensuring timely,
