CBRE Canberra is seeking a Technical Contract Manager to lead a recent client account in Canberra. You will oversee hard and soft services, drive PPM, reactive maintenance and minor projects, and coordinate with supply chain providers to meet contractual outcomes.

You will manage the on-account team, monitor performance, and ensure governance, risk management and reporting are in line with client requirements. The role combines leadership with hands-on operations.
