This is an exciting opportunity to work in a agile hair and beauty salon setting, delivering exceptional services to our valued clientele. Based in Springwood NSW 2777, you will be at the heart of our salon operations, providing professional styling. This position offers flexibility whilst allowing you to develop your skills and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities
Provide professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling,foiling, treatments to clients
Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate treatments and products
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Keep detailed client records and notes regarding treatments, preferences, and previous services
Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and best practices in hair and beauty services




Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and professionally
Support the team in maintaining salon standards and contributing to a positive working atmosphere

What we're looking for
Recognised qualification or certification in hairdressing
Proven experience working as a hairdresser
Technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to casual shift arrangement
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionall
