About the role:
Advise clients through employment law, industrial relations and workplace safety matters.
Work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, including litigation and safety-related work.
Manage matters with autonomy while receiving support from Partners and senior lawyers.
Contribute to a collaborative national team working across a broad client base.
Use and develop skills in AI and emerging legal technology.
The ideal candidate:
2–4 years post-admission experience in employment law or industrial relations.
The role is based in Brisbane; however, strong candidates in Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered.
Exposure to litigation and an interest in workplace safety matters.
Commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
Comfort using AI tools, or a genuine willingness to build capability in this area.
