We are seeking a full time Site Supervisor to provide coverage across the Sunshine Coast region, with the ability to travel as required throughout Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for managing large loss insurance repairs predominantly focusing on storm damage to metal roofs.
The below is designed to give you an idea of the role you will play. There will be many more exciting and creative things to do:
Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs.
Assess and report on property damage.
Managing client relationships, including conflict resolution and providing a high level of customer service.
Manage trades and ensure jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay.
Manage time frames, Quality Control and Workplace health safety.

Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional Customer Service
QBCC Supervisors License (or ability to obtain)
