Social Media Video Producer (Videographer & Editor)

Do you love creating videos that people actually want to watch?
We're looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to join our team and help produce engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
This isn't corporate video production. You'll be capturing real people, compelling projects and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning them into polished, entertaining content.
If you're constantly thinking about camera angles, transitions, pacing, storytelling and what makes a great thumbnail or Reel, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
Planning and filming engaging video content.
Editing long-form YouTube videos.
Creating Shorts, Reels and TikToks.
Colour grading and audio cleanup.
Working with our team to develop creative ideas.
Capturing behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day content.
Managing media files and project organisation.
Occasionally photographing products, projects and the workshop.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability through previous work.
Essential Skills
Strong video editing skills.
Valuable understanding of storytelling and pacing.
Confident using Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
Basic colour grading.
Good audio editing.
Able to work independently and creatively.
Robust organisational skills.
Bonus Skills

YouTube optimisation
Thumbnail creation
Graphic design
