About the Role:
With work starting in Abbotsford, then moving to Watsonia, you will have the chance to work across different construction sites. You'll be right in the action, supporting Project Managers and learning how large-scale commercial projects run behind the scenes

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with project administration, including document control, updating registers, and maintaining compliance records

Communicating with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders via phone and email to follow up documentation, schedule jobs, and organise materials

Supporting project meetings by preparing documentation, attending meetings when required, and taking minutes

Processing purchase orders, invoices,



and timesheets and labour allocations.

Completing general administrative duties as required by the project team

What We're Looking For

Driver's licence and access to a car (site travel is required)

White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Skilled phone manner and confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Customer service experience (retail or hospitality experience highly regarded)

Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (through work or study)

Successful completion of a National Police Check or Pre Employment Medical.
