About the Role
As a Barista / All Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of café operations, including:
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
Delivering outstanding customer service
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Food preparation and serving meals
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
Opening and closing duties
Restocking and general café maintenance
Working as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For
Previous barista experience (essential)
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee during busy periods
Friendly,
positive and professional attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends
Current food handling knowledge (preferred)
