The Role
Manage a tidy, well-maintained residential portfolio end-to-end, supported by dedicated leasing and administrative staff. No leasing or trust accounting will allow you to focus on client relationships, compliance and portfolio performance — not constant admin.
Key Responsibilities
Landlord and tenant relationship management
Rent reviews,
lease renewals and arrears oversight
Legislative compliance (QLD RTA)
Protecting and maximising asset performance

All properties located close to the office

About You
Minimum 3 years’ end-to-end PM experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Solid RTA knowledge
Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills
