Williams Top Ryde is seeking a part time Assistant Store Manager (24 hours) to support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering a standout store experience. You’ll be hands-on, people-focused and commercially sharp, creating memorable customer moments every day.
You will lead and develop the team to hit sales targets, maintain store standards across presentation, visual merchandising, and stock flow, and foster a culture built on trust, energy and retail pride.
