The Torquay Hotel is searching for experienced Chef & Pizza Chefs to join our established team at our popular holiday venue. The Torquay Hotel is undergoing a second stage of redevelopment. Situated on the stunning surf coast , only 20 minutes from the Geelong CBD,weaim to set a new standard of service and cuisine at the Torquay Hotel.
We are seeking a people with progressive ideas about food across a wide range of cuisines including but not limited to; modern Australian coastal pub fare, traditional wood fired pizza, Argentinian charcoal grill.
When joining our Torquay Hotel kitchen team you will be a part of a locally owned hotel group that consists of Grovedale, Barwon Heads and the Torquay Hotels.
Experience in highvolume kitchens will be considered an advantage. Our Chefs willbe committed to the hotel over the peak seasons, but will also enjoy a outstanding work life balance in this beautiful part of the world.
