Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) Preston seeks a Case Manager for the Deadly Steps Forward bail support program. You will provide trauma-informed, holistic case management for Aboriginal young people at bail and until court hearings.

You will work with families and partners, applying culturally respectful practices, with emphasis on self-determined goals and reducing risk factors for youth in contact with the justice system.
