We're looking for a Business Services Accountant to join a vibrant Private Enterprise team at one of Australia's leading chartered accounting and advisory firms.
This is a genuinely hands‑on role. You'll work directly with a diverse client portfolio, from nimble SMEs to large corporates, and be trusted with meaningful work from day one.
What you'll do
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns, BAS, FBT and payroll tax returns across a wide-ranging client base
Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients across a wide range of industries and business sizes
Contribute to tax and accounting advisory work that supports your clients' growth and key business decisions
Mentor and coach junior team members as you develop your own leadership skills
What you bring
A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
Commenced or planning to commence CA qualification
Solid skilled experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine drive to deliver an exceptional client experience
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven setting
Experience with Xero is a plus
