Our pearling operation is extensive and spans coastal regions from Exmouth, WA around to the north of Darwin, NT. Our pearl farms are positioned amongst some of the world's most spectacular coastline and unique marine settings.
We seek an experienced, reliable and qualified mechanic to work as part of our Engineering Team to assist with the refit and servicing of our pearling vessels and associated machinery.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Working on shell cleaning boats, mechanic repairs and servicing
maintenance of onsite machinery
The Successful Candidates Must
Hold al Mechanic trade qualification
Hold a current driver’s license
Have Australian Citizenship or Residency with full work rights
Be able to pass a Pre Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol test
Be a resident of Broome or willing to relocate.
Desired Skills And Experience
Desirable but not essential:
Hold a current High Risk Forklift Ticket
Hold a Construction White Card
Hold a Confined Workspace qualification
Hold a Work at Heights qualification
