About the Role
As an RN/ EN you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate care plans, supervise ENs/PCAs, and ensure residents receive secure and high-quality care every shift. Our partnered facilities across the region offer ongoing and reliable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
Complete comprehensive assessments and care planning
Medication administration & clinical interventions
Wound care, chronic disease management & clinical reviews
Lead, supervise and support ENs and PCAs
Review and update documentation (iCare, LeeCare, AutumnCare, Manad etc.)
Communicate effectively with residents,
families & facility teams
Uphold infection control, WHS and risk management standards
Requirements
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Minimum 6 months aged care experience
National Police Check (current)
CPR & First Aid
Manual Handling and Medication Competencies
COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations (facility requirement)
Strong communication, critical-thinking & clinical leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
