Seed are currently looking for a talented and committed Area Visual Merchandise Manager to join the VIC team. Reporting to the State Visual Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring all Seed stores within the area are presented in accordance with visual standards, brand identity, and strive to achieve visual excellence.

THE ROLE:
Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guidelines
In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
Locations include Sorrento, Frankston, Eastland, Northland and Fountain Gate
ABOUT YOU:
Have a minimum of 3 years merchandising experience across multiple sites (with fashion apparel or childrenswear experience as an advantage)
Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
To be considered for this Melbourne-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel.
