We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Architects to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting prospect to shape platform architecture, drive best practices, and work with high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design and define ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
Lead solution design across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
Provide architectural guidance on platform configuration, customisation, and integrations.
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Define integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Review technical designs and establish ServiceNow governance and best practices.
Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
5+ years' ServiceNow experience, including experience in an Architect role.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture,



data model, and platform capabilities.
Experience designing solutions across ITSM and related ServiceNow modules.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
