We’re on the hunt for a creative, hands-onfull-time line cook to join our team atHard Road Brewing– a busy, beer-loving brewery in Bayswater with a cult following.

Our kitchen isstarting to explode with trade, so we’re growing our team to meet the demand and take things to the next level.

We’re not your average kitchen setup either – we’ve got acustom gold Airstreamas part of our kitchen servery. Yep, it’s as cool as it sounds,



but still room for expansion and improvement on what we’ve got. This is just the beginning and welcomes a visionary’s touch.

Our taproom is packed out night after night (Thursday-Sunday) with us hitting record numbers in 2025. This is a rare chance for a chef or cook with vision to build something iconic alongside our team – a food offering that becomes just as legendary as the beers.
