About the role
As a Community Services Trainer, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment to students studying community services–related qualifications. You’ll support learners from diverse backgrounds and help them develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the sector.
Key responsibilities
Deliver face-to-face and/or online training and assessment
Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
Develop and maintain training and assessment materials
Ensure compliance with training package and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
About you
Relevant qualification in Community Services (e.g. Diploma or higher)
Training and Assessment qualification (e.g. TAE40122 or equivalent)
Current industry experience in community services
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Passion for education and student success
