Novak Signs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator to join our team in Penrith, NSW. As a full time role, you will be responsible for the fabrication of high-quality signs and displays for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating and assembling a variety of sign types, including billboards, tower signs, pylons, fabricated letters, flag poles etc

Welding with both steel and aluminium using MIG/TIG welders

Maintaining a safe and organised work workplace

Collaborating with the production and design teams to ensure project success

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a fabricator

Strong skills in sign fabrication, including welding and metalworking

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Spray painting knowledge desirable

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work





Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
