CatholicCare Wollongong is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home and community-based nursing care for aged care and NDIS participants. You will conduct assessments, develop andreview care plans, and coordinate with families and other health specialists.

You will lead and mentor care staff, ensuring best-practice clinical standards while supporting participants to live independently at home. AHPRA registration, NSW driver’s licence, and First Aid are essential.
