Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our team in a shared role across our Kyabram and Shepparton clinics.

About the Role
Working as part of our supportive reception team, you'll be responsible for providing front-of-house and administrative support across both clinics.
Your duties will include:
Welcoming patients and visitors
Booking, rescheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing patient information, referrals and payments
Providing reception support during our busy injection clinics in Kyabram
Assisting radiologists and clinical staff with general administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate patient records
Working collaboratively with the wider Vision Radiology team across both locations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous reception experience (medical or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy workplace
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, professional and patient-focused attitude
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
The flexibility to work across both our Kyabram and Shepparton clinics
