About the Role
Full time position – Monday to Friday
Vehicle provided
Hands-on role with scope to step intosupervisory and leadership responsibilities
Support the company’s growth by taking initiative and identifying opportunities for current work
Long-term opportunity with genuine career progression

Key Responsibilities
Fabrication, installation, and maintenance of conveyors, fixed plant, and structural components
Lead by example and mentor junior team members
Proactively identify prospects for improvement and additional work
Engage with clients on-site to build strong working relationships
Ensure work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Work both independently and collaboratively within the operations team

About You
Trade qualified inBoilermaking or Mechanical Fitting
Strong leadership potential with the ability to guide and grow a team
Proactive, business-minded, and able to identify opportunities for further work
Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence




Strong mechanical aptitude with proven hands-on industry experience
Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship

Mandatory Requirements
Must have working rights in Australia
Willingness to travel
