Therole of the Pharmacy Assistant is to provide exceptional customer care that develops relationships with customers, ensures continued repeat business and the long-term success of the Pharmacy.

In this role you will be required to:
Greet or acknowledge every customer who enters the store
Care for customers by recommending appropriate products that will meet their needs
Approach customers and provide exceptional product information and advice
Ensurecustomers are informed of the features and benefits of products, detailing instructions on how to use the product
Support and encourage companion selling to benefit the customer's needs.
Accept prescriptions
Provide continuous assistance
and support to all customer service areas within the store
Ensure that displays and shelves are clean and tidy and all stock is pulled forward and rotated




Assist inreplenishing stock, checking out of dates, rotating stock, and general housekeeping
Be able to multitask and work in a quick paced workplace

Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
Experience working in a Pharmacy/Retail setting is preferred but not essential
General product knowledge in pharmacy lines
