We have an exciting chance for a reliable Support Worker with a “can do” attitude to provide Personal Care and Domestic Support in a private home.

About you:

You are a mature minded, reliable individual with a positive personality, ideally with experience in disability and in supporting individuals within their home or in a similar setting.

You are adaptable and can work in group workplace as part of a team.

You have good work ethic and understand the importance of providing care with dignity and respect.

You are self-motivated, calm, and looking to make an invaluable positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with me in my own home and in the community, providing care and supports which include:

Personal care

Domestic assistance in daily living duties

Manual handling- using hoist

Medication and Skin management.

Assistance with mobility needs, home exercise program and use of exercise equipment.





Transportation to appointments using my own vehicle

Confidence travelling on regional roads with the ability to drive up to 3 hrs each way on a regular basis.

Shifts currently on offer include but are not limited to:

Day Shifts:
Tuesday 8:30am-2:30pm
Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-11:30am

Flexibility for additional support during holidays and trips away, including sleepovers.

Full training will be provided if required.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
Must have a driver's license
Good communication (written and verbal)
Local to area (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications
Cert III Disability or Aged Care
