Minimum 2 years experience in management role
Capacity to work in a team workplace while leading from the front
Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
Knowledge of TAB and wagering
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
CLO - Desirable not necessary
