We are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (Hardware) with a solid infrastructure background to lead the development and delivery of secure hardware solutions. Working closely with senior leadership and engineering teams, you will help define the technology roadmap, ensuring hardware and supporting infrastructure are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will lead a small engineering team responsible for hardware development, embedded systems, and supporting infrastructure. You will oversee the integration of hardware with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and secure network environments while working collaboratively with software, engineering, and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions. You will also support the full product lifecycle,
from design and testing through to deployment and ongoing improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware engineering, infrastructure, or systems engineering, with a solid understanding of enterprise technology environments. Experience with secure hardware, embedded systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies will be highly regarded. You will be a collaborative leader with robust technical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing engineering projects, mentoring technical teams, and driving the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions.
