Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced Manager Change & Engagement to lead the design and delivery of change engagement, readiness and adoption across the Up-to-date ERP program. Reporting to the Global Change Manager, you will partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure people are prepared, engaged and supported during transformation initiatives.
You will develop and execute engagement strategies, build relationships across impacted areas, and coach leaders to guide teams through change.
