Shade ‘N’ Sails is a locally owned business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality shade solutions, including shade sails, outdoor blinds and custom structures.

Operating from our purpose-built manufacturing facility, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production team.

About the Role

This is a full time, on-site role working as part of an experienced and supportive team. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end manufacturing process, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret job instructions and drawings
Assist with manufacturing processes including cutting, sewing and assembly
Prepare and complete jobs to specification and quality standards
Monitor and maintain stock levels
Maintain a clean, secure and organised workspace in line with OH&S; requirements

About You





We’re looking for someone with the right attitude above all else. You will be:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Motivated with a willingness to learn new skills
Detail-oriented with positive problem-solving ability
Mechanically minded with basic maths skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment

Highly regarded (but not essential):
Experience in manufacturing or production
Industrial sewing or fabrication experience
