3. Implement safety guardrails for setting-sensitive operations.
4. Support release quality via CI/CD-aligned checks and traceability.
Must-Have Skills
1. Solid COBOL, Java, SQL and Python + LLM/prompt engineering experience.
2. Experience in AI automation for enterprise engineering workflows.
3. Solid SQL Server and software delivery knowledge.
4. Positive communication and stakeholder collaboration.
