With a solid focus on enterprise workflow transformation, they lead end-to-end Appian delivery programs for complex, mission-critical environments.
We are seeking a Lead Appian Technical Consultant to drive architecture, delivery standards and technical leadership across enterprise Appian implementations. This role combines hands-on solution design with team leadership and direct client engagement. You will act as the technical authority across projects, ensuring quality, scalability and successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Appian solutions
Own solution architecture, integration strategy and data model design
Produce high-level technical specifications and define development standards
Lead code reviews, mentor development teams and drive technical uplift
Run agile ceremonies, oversee UAT and manage production deployments
6+ years' experience delivering enterprise applications
Solid understanding of Appian architecture, integrations and enterprise design patterns
Proven experience leading development teams and acting as technical lead
Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Highly Regarded
Experience operating as primary technical point of contact for clients
Exposure to enterprise infrastructure settings (Windows/Linux)
