National 360 is seeking a part time Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants in Wodonga and surrounding areas. The role covers community, clinic and telehealth settings, offering meaningful outcomes for clients and their networks.

You will conduct FBAs, develop robust Behaviour Support Plans and provide carer training while ensuring adherence to NDIS guidelines and reducing restrictive practices.
