We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Manager that is equal parts strategist, technologist, and data whisperer who wants to join a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and purpose.

What You’ll Own
The MIPS entire marketing operations ecosystem—from lead generation to campaign tracking.
Driving the Martech strategy, automation tools, and digital platforms (including our website and MyMembership portal).
Performance reporting, member experience metrics, and marketing ROI insights.
Management of a small but engaged team

What You’ll Bring




Demonstrated hands on experience leading a marketing team with a leadership style that inspires and empowers.
Experience in a digital workplace, either agency or member / customer focused organisation with a vision for scalable marketing systems.
Solid experience with CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
A passion for member-first thinking and continuous improvement.
