As our ECT, you will:
Deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, joy, and a love of nature
Create warm, inclusive environments where every child feels seen and safe
Build trusting partnerships with families and mentor fellow educators
Celebrate each child’s milestones and unique learning journey

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Current Teacher Registration/Blue Card




Solid knowledge of QKLG, EYLF & NQS
A values-led approach, with a passion for nature, community, and collaborative practice
A genuine passion for high-quality early education and care
