We're looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. If you're passionate about building scalable applications, streamlining workflows, and delivering quality platform solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules.
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Work closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure all configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
Perform unit testing and support system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts.
Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development standards and practices.

Skills & Experience




Solid hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Solid experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
Experience configuring Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms.
Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
Good understanding of ITSM modules and the ServiceNow data model.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery settings.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CIS are highly regarded.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
