We are looking for a meticulous, patient-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing essential administrative and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Registration: Greet patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle new patient registration and queue management.
Financial Processing: Collect payments, issue invoices/receipts, and perform daily closing of accounts. Familiarity with digital payment platforms is a plus.
Insurance Coordination: Assist patients with the preparation and submission of medical insurance claims and direct billing procedures.
Data & Report Management: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Efficiently manage, file, and track patient lab results and medical reports to ensure timely follow-ups.
Pharmacy Support: Accurately pack and dispense medications according to doctor's prescriptions. Provide explicit instructions to patients regarding dosage and side effects.




Patient Communication: Explaining medical procedures, prep requirements, or medication instructions clearly.

Work Schedule
Mon, Fri - 9am to 5pm
Wed - 9am to 7pm
Alt Sat - 9am to 1pm
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
