G2 Legal has been instructed to recruit a highly regarded Property Paralegal to join our market‑leading, well‑known company and support a down‑to‑earth, collegiate in‑house legal team.

The role is ideal for a “career paralegal” or a paralegal who is studying law and plans to stay in the role for 3+ years.

Responsibilities
Research
Drafting and reviewing documents
Experience with PEXA is preferred
Lease registrations
Updating and managing reports

Qualifications & Checklist
Solid commercial property/paralegal experience or commercial leasing experience from a well‑regarded law firm or in‑house team.
Commitment to stay in the role for at least 3+ years.
Full‑time availability (Mon‑Fri, 9am‑5pm). Hybrid working options are available.
