Following continued success and expansion, they’re seeking a driven Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory and deliver exceptional sales results . You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members too.

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across a diverse orthopaedic portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.




Learn from experienced senior team members while progressively taking on mentoring responsibilities for newer representatives.
Represent the company with professionalism and passion, becoming a trusted partner to your customers.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
Ambitious and sales-focused , with a hunger to succeed and grow.
Experienced in medical device sales OR ready to step up from a clinical/surgical support role into a commercial position.
A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to earn trust quickly.
Driven by results and motivated by targets.
Passionate about helping improve surgical outcomes and patient lives.
