The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels, lead generation, and brand development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the digital roadmap and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable results.

Key Priorities
Revitalising SEO/SEM and expanding paid social and PPC
Building a future‑first digital funnel strategy - for more effective lead generation opportunities
Enhancing CRM and website performance, leveraging automation and AI
Structuring the right mix of in‑house, offshore, and agency resources
Driving brand awareness in emerging categories like internet and solar

About You

You’re a strategic,



hands‑on marketer with a track record of scaling digital functions and delivering commercial outcomes. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and are comfortable working with a blank canvas.

Key Experience Needed
High‑volume B2C lead generation and performance marketing
Managing multi‑million‑dollar ad budgets
SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social expertise
CRM and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience in energy, insurance, e‑commerce, or call centre‑driven funnels
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Entrepreneurial mindset or agency background highly regarded
