About the Role
This role is a great fit for an ambitious accountant ready to take on further senior responsibilities. Working within a supportive team structure, you will manage a portfolio of business and personal clients across a broad range of industries, taking ownership of client workflow, preparing and reviewing financials and tax entities, and overseeing the work of junior team members.
Strong client relationships are at the core of this role, with a focus on proactive advice and identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly within high growth sectors
Preparation of financial statement and tax returns & Div 7A,
CGT and FBT Calculations
Guide clients in achieving their economic objectives
Advisory Services
Liaison with the ATO
Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
Excellent client relationship and rapport‑building skills
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
CA/CPA/IPA qualifications or close to completion.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
