About the Role
Host positions at BOUNCE involve welcoming guests, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience, and delivering top‑class customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly welcome and facilitate their entrance to play areas.
Assist customers of all ages, including hosting kid’s parties, school groups, and managing dodgeball games.
Promote safety by monitoring play, providing instructions, and acting as a first responder in case of incidents.
Support the barista station, serve drinks, and maintain the cleanliness of the venue.
Encourage participation and create a positive atmosphere.

Basic trampoline skills

L2/Senior First Aid
Qualifications & Requirements
Friendly, encouraging, and customer‑focused personality.
Working with Children check.
Weekend availability.
Minimum age 15 years (required to work as a Host).
