Job Description

As a Site Reliability Engineer at TCS, you will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure and application stability, monitoring, troubleshooting and automation across complex environments.

Must Have Skills
Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Environment Engineering roles; solid understanding of infrastructure, application systems, and cloud/on‑prem environments.
Ability to operate hands‑on across complex enterprise technology environments.
Experience with monitoring, logging, observability platforms, dashboards, and operational health metrics.
Strong root cause analysis capability across application, infrastructure, network, and database layers.
Experience in automation, scripting, operational tooling, and continuous improvement practices.
Analytical, proactive, team-oriented; trusted advisor to engineering leadership.
Improve non‑production setting stability, near‑production alignment, resilience, and operational maturity.

Good To Have
Identify automation opportunities in alerting, workflows, and remediation activities.




Reduce manual intervention and strengthen proactive issue detection.
Drive maturity uplift, modernization, standardization, and near‑production alignment.
