Howards Storage World Kotara is on the search for an Casual Assistant Manager (2IC) and Casual Sales Assistants. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer focused retail environment and leading by example.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level customer service
Open and close the store independently
Support the Store Manager with daily tasks
Supervising and supporting team members
Assisting with training and task delegation
Receiving and checking deliveries
Restocking and maintaining store presentation.
Engage and motivate the team to achieve KPI's

Availability

The job will be 3 to 4 days a week, including alternate Weekends, on a rotating basis.

What are we looking for?
Be organised, reliable and proactive
Previous retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Previous retail experience in sales and merchandising




Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility with days available and ability to work weekends
