Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day store operations and customer service
Support inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
Help drive store performance and implement promotions
Step in for the Store Manager in their absence

Qualifications
Retail or hospitality experience
A passion for leading and supporting teams
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
