About the Role

A pivotal prospect for an experienced Finance Manager with a funds management background to take ownership of financial and trust accounting across a portfolio of property trusts, while providing leadership and mentoring to the broader finance team. You'll work closely with senior leadership, gaining genuine exposure to investor reporting and Board-level reporting.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing management accounts and Asset Management Reports across property trusts




Calculating and processing trust distributions and investor reporting
Managing treasury functions, cashflow and bank reconciliations
Coordinating annual audits, tax compliance and ASIC lodgements
Supporting debt covenant calculations and lender reporting
Providing leadership and mentoring to the wider finance team

About You
CA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years' experience in funds management, trust, or property accounting
Genuine exposure to trust structures, investor reporting and trust taxation
Prior experience mentoring or leading others
Confident engaging with Directors, investors and key stakeholders
