We're looking for a Senior Project Surveyor who wants to OWN their project - not just bang in pegs for someone else.
Why this role is different:
You run the show: You lead the site survey team, manage the client, and deliver the full job end-to-end. No micromanagement from Head Office.
Your roster, your choice: 2:2 or 2:1 - you pick. When you're off, you're REALLY off. No calls on R&R.; That's our anti-burnout rule.
Paid what a Senior should be: Up to $90/hr + Super for proven Senior Surveyors.
Top gear, no arguments: Latest Trimble GNSS & Total Stations, 12d, TBC, Pix4DMatic, RePL, DJI RTK Drones. If it makes your job easier, we buy it.
The Job:
Full project lifecycle ownership - planning, control, setout, as-builts, EOM reporting
The face of Insight on site - building solid relationships with Engineers and Supervisors
Lead and mentor small team of surveyors on site
What you need to be a Senior Project Surveyor with us:
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Project Surveyor in civil / bulk earthworks
Confident owning client relationships and running a project from day one
Trimble kit & TBC highly regarded
RePL, Pix4D, RPAS experience a big plus (we'll train if needed)
Relevant Surveying Qualifications, White Card, Driver's Licence
You care about quality and reputation
