Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, fun and wide-ranging activities for residents, ensuring each day is positive.
Provide personal care and emotional support to help residents feel safe and valued.
Assist with direct care tasks as required.
Explore residents’ personal interests and plan innovative activities that motivate and bring joy.
Qualifications
Passion for enriching the lives of older Australians.
Collaborative team player with a warm and welcoming approach.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid desire to build genuine relationships and see residents enjoying themselves.
