Indian Biryani Restaurant in Canberra is hiring a full time Indian chef based in office. You will prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, especially Hyderabadi curries and tandoori items, with responsibilities spanning menu planning, mise en place, cooking processes, portion control and plating to restaurant standards.
