The Western Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Services in Victoria seek a CYP Worker to support young carers within a whole-family approach, connecting families with education, health and community supports.

This role is part time (0.7 FTE) with a 12-month fixed term, based across Melbourne's Western Health sites, and requires lived experience and advocacy to empower families and carers while promoting inclusive services.
